Problem Statement
Simplifying the Fastag purchase process for users who might be new to the concept.
Ensuring users can effortlessly monitor their Fastag account balance and view transaction histories in real-time.
Designing a streamlined and secure process for users to top up their Fastag balance within the app.

Solution
Buying a Fastag:
Implemented an intuitive and user-friendly interface for a seamless onboarding experience. Included clear instructions and a step-by-step guide for purchasing a new Fastag within the app.
Checking Account Balance and Transactions:
Integrated a clear and easily accessible dashboard, displaying real-time account balances and a detailed transaction history. Users can now stay informed about their Fastag activities with just a glance.
Top-up Fastag Balance:
Implemented a straightforward top-up feature, allowing users to add funds to their Fastag account seamlessly. Incorporated secure payment gateways and notifications to keep users informed about successful transactions.

Offering all services related to FASTags is the main goal of this app. It ought to be user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to use. These were identified as the main user objectives:
• Buy a New FASTag for your vehicle
• View the balance of your FASTag account and previous transactions.
• Add money to your FASTag balance.
I discovered some issues that users are having that could be resolved with a better user interface and experience after conducting research and gathering user reviews from existing application.
Pain points -
The app, in the opinion of 90% of users, needed updates.
According to 60% of respondents, registration was a hassle for them.
The issue of money being taken out of some users' bank accounts but not being credited to their wallets was experienced by some users.
Many of them faced KYC Update issues.
After tapping the app icon, 30% of users claimed that the application crashed.
Since this is the most frequently used feature, users anticipated that the app would facilitate quick and simple transactions.
